  1. I've been a huge Blondie for years but never saw this video until Youtube came along. [video=youtube_share;Hvqgb1D6Opw]
  2. I've always liked this one too. One of These Days - 01 - Meddle - Pink Floyd - YouTube
  3. How could you not like a game with 12 outfielders and 10 infielders all playing at the same time?:thumb:
  4. Is "none of the above" an acceptable choice?
  5. Piper at the Gates of Dawn is one of my all-time favorite debut albums. Other early Floyd favorites would be Meddle and Atom Heart Mother. Oddly enough, The Final Cut, completely ignored by critics or denounced as unworthy by same, is to me a brilliant album. You really get a glimpse inside Waters' twisted psyche on that one.
  6. Ever since I read Stephen King's book "It", I have feared clowns.
  7. Two of my favorites are Rush tunes: La Villa Strangiato, 2112 Overture.
  8. May God have mercy on the souls of those who have put Petty on the list in this thread.
  9. I've heard you are really awful. Satisfied now? J/k.... let me think about it.
  10. Chris Isaak Freddie Mercury Roy Orbison Robert Plant Deborah Harry
  11. As much as I love the Stones, Keith Richards has a horrible voice. Thankfully he didn't sing on many Stones tunes.
  12. Ouch. I disagree with everybody on your list.
  13. Wireman, have you been to Cedar Point? My son and I are hardcore roller coaster fanatics and have gone to CP the past three years. Check it out sometime if you haven't already..... roller coaster heaven..
  14. A couple of years ago, the 1980 U.S./Soviet Union hockey game was re-aired in its entirety (can't remember which channel). I did tear up a bit after the final horn sounded and pandemonium ensued (actually tears mixed with chills). I was 15 when the game originally took place. It is without a doubt the most memorable sporting event I've ever witnessed. There is no close 2nd.
  15. This thread. Why? Because I just read through all 48 posts and realized I have fears I had forgotten about. So.. I thank you thread, and more importantly, my therapist thanks you.
  16. I'm a huge fan of Florence & The Machine. No Light, No Light is probably my favorite song of hers.
  17. Saw it. Very funny (unlike 99% of the other comedies currently airing on network television).
  18. Just started reading the book. Very engrossing. Favorite line so far "If we're going to starve, let's do it at home".
