You have to give East credit. They came ready to play and went toe to toe with Boyle. IMO Boyle learned alot tonight on what they need work on, to get better. I'm pretty sure that Boyle will be seeing East again down the road in the playoffs.

Maybe we'll get a week off from everyone saying we run up the score and have no class!lol A little nervous at first, but nice win for the Rebels. Way to play hard East!

Boyle proved to be a team of substance tonight. Good win, but I still don't think they're at Bell County's level yet and may not get there as I originally had hoped. EJ was impressive also. They're #1 is an incredible athlete.

This was probably the toughest game that the Rebels have had this year. Like the posts before this one, you have to give East Jess. credit that came to play and the played their hearts out. It was a solid win for BC an I think it will help them in the playoffs.

How did the scoring occur and how did EJ not win this game? Just by looking at the stats, I dont see how it was 28-13!

East had 2 TO that Boyle turned into TDS and Boyle had 1 that East returned for a TD. Take away the turnovers and it is a 14 to 7 game.

East drove it down to the 10 to start the second half. Then got called for a personal foul. Then threw a INT. Boyle got the ball on the East 35 and scored on a 4th down scramble and throw to take the lead. East had a couple costly turnovers and a fake punt that ended up about a yard short. Boyle scored on all 3. That was the difference in the game.

I thought I recognized him. He and Jordan Redd made a difference in the team this year. Jordan made a great catch for a td.

I dont remember Boyle's passing attack being that innefficient last year (I realize Reese was a hoss back there, but I just remember the passing game being better)... was it just this game or has that been the trend all year?

East Jessamine has a really nice football game. They're really close to have won a district title this season. Lost on a late touchdown to Catholic and then giving Boyle all they wanted. Congratulations to the Jaguars. And of course congratulations to Boyle County for another victory.

Got to give credit to East Jessamine. However, I agree with TTC. Boyle County has alot of work to do and not alot of time to do it in.
