A school like HHS should have a HC, Offensive Coordinator, QB coach, RB coach, WR coach, Defensive Coordinator, DL coach, DB coach and LB coach. Some of the mentioned coaches will have JV responsibilities. Coordinators usually coach a position. Then they need a frosh staff. On any Friday Night, you will see 10-20 staff and support members on any sideline. If Coach Weinrich continues teaching at HHS, I hardly doubt there will be teaching vacancies. It is a great school and I would guess that most teachers there will retire there. The new coach, more than likely, will have to rely on paraprofessionals. Quality coaches are not just sitting around waiting for a phone call. Quality coaches are already coaching. If a local coach is hired, he may have connections. If it is an out of town hire, this will be a challenge for the new coach.

This game needs to be talked about more.

So GRC, Tates Creek, and Milford is better than Highlands? Schedules are usually made a yr or 2 in advance. Looks like they play tough schedule to me.

Talent is not there like it use to be.

They average over 25 points a game. They have the leading passer in NKY. I don't think play calling is the issue. They have nice skill players but lack the horses upfront. I hardly doubt the staff has packed it in. Coach Turner and Woolley are two very respected coaches.

1 out 7 head coaches resign every year in ohio. Sad state of affairs. Social media, entitlement, parents, liberal administrators, etc make life very difficult. Who will want to coach in 2025? Coaches used to be put on pedestals, now they are under criticism for everything they say or do.

When Ryle's fans can fill the stadium, Ryle fans can have a say. I have been to the last few games and there is not many fans present. This is sad for a community that cares so much about Ryle football. Try getting behind your program instead of bashing it.

Look what happened when they got rid of Rick Thompson. Coach Borchers is a solid coach. Get behind him and let him do his job. Or take your son elsewhere.

Dixie plays frosh-more schedule. They never played last year either.

Brossart 20 years. Young 10 years, with Brossart whole time. Rice 15 years, 6 with Brossart. Dalzell 20+ years, former HC. Bosse 15 years, with Brossart whole time. Machlit 20 years, with Brossart whole time. Catchen 3 years all with Brossart, Dixie grad. Cox, new with college experience, Dixie grad. Allonce, new with college experience. And a couple new guys, don't know the names. Coach Rice has taken a principal job and will remain on staff. Currently training Scott Young to take over in the future.
