  1. After today’s Mason County result, I need to remove the “probably” from my statement.
  2. Newport is one of the most athletically gifted teams this state has had in some time. So fun to watch.
  3. Statement win for the Camels...probably the 2nd best team in the 10th Region right now.
  4. Averaging 20.4/game Also have another player averaging 19 a night.
  5. Am I the only one surprised by the slow start by PCC? I expected much better results from them this season...of course it's early.
  6. Final from Falmouth. Wildcats held a 9 point lead at the break. The Mustangs quickly cut it to a 1 possession game, but a PC 9-2 run pushed it back out to 9, and it stayed in that range the remainder of the game to pick up their first win in the series since 2018. No stats from me... I was merely a listener last night due to other obligations. Pendleton County is now 6-4 with the win. Brossart falls to 2-4. The Wildcats are off until after Christmas, where they'll travel to the Smoky Mountain Classic and face Trion, GA. The Mustangs will host Bourbon County Friday night in the Dome. 7:30 tipoff.
  7. I'll take Newport instead of Washington, but I'm with you on the other 3.
  8. I knew he was getting close and forgot to mention it Saturday on the broadcast...I apologize. Congrats to the young man!
  9. IMO, the Region breaks down into tiers: 1-4 (2 &3 are interchangable) 5-8 could go in any order 9-12 could go in any order 13-16
  10. Cats had no answer for him all night. PC trimmed the deficit to 5-6 several times, and ever time, Breeden would go on a mini run to push it back to double digits. Grant was the more physical team from the outset. There were no easy shots tonight.
  11. Nice road win by the Panthers. Polar Bears drop to 0-9 on the season...things do not look great in Brooksville.
  12. I had a brief conversation with him on Wednesday via social media...he seems excited for the opportunity!
  13. 0/15 from the perimeter will not beat many folks. Grant County makes the trip across whatever curvy road they choose to Falmouth to face the Wildcats on Saturday night.
  14. Corbin waited to schedule games until football guys were back, I guess? Sending a message early on with that score.
  15. depth is the one thing that could keep Augusta from making a postseason run.
