What would you say explains their success?  I watched a little video and they appear to play fast and aggressive.  They pass really well from what I saw.

They are well coached and have 4 division 1 players in the starting lineup (one being the 3 time Gatorade Player of the Year).

Johnson's list of finalists include UConn, South Carolina, Notre Dame, Tennessee, LSU, and Ohio State.

That’s definitely high level.  What about the other girls?

I believe they could beat quite a few small colleges in Kentucky. Their entire team from the last sub to the starters will most likely play college basketball, and several will be high D1.

If I am nor mistaken, Sacred Heart had to beat the #2 and #3 teams in the state to get the title.   No cakewalk for them.
