You would be correct. Maysville (1945-1948) is the only other to reach 4. Mason County pulled the 3-peat on three separate occasions (92-94, 2002-2004, 2008-2010)

This was definitely not a clinic on how to close out a game. Pendleton was up 45-39 with 1:49 to go but as the young Mr. Parker stated, the LadyCats really struggled getting the ball on their side of the floor, and Bracken took a lead. I'm not sure what the Lady Bears shot from the line in the 4th quarter, but it was quite bad.
