Who else would be able to play them? I think it's St Theresa or Catherine that runs a 7th/8th grade B league for girls. It's one thing if your team is playing a league and several out of conference games, it's another when that leahue was some kids only option. Gym availability for leices just got leagues/practices just got tighter.

This is a killer. I'm pretty sure one of the middle school leagues plays on Sunday nights. Some teams play Cincy tourneys and those go on Sundays.

You believe it is ok and would be ok if Coach Krumps did it. This is a character issue, one you trumpet every time you mention CCH. The spirit of the rules did not catch this unintended consequence. Because you don't get punished doesn't make it right. You should know this. The coach and worse Badin should know this. I can't believe any of you are defending the scheduling of games. It ruins the integrity of the tournament. Teams at state should have been screaming bloody murdrer. The kid should have been kicked out. The ump did his job. The coach is a horses arse. End of story.

Silliness. If you followed CCH all year, Schreiver and Zalla were the only ones who hit consistently. Pitching was mediocre.There were not high expectations. Baseball is all about pitching. You may have a good team but you run into someone's ace and it could be all over that quickly.

It's quite clear that he was only interested in her own well-being, which he should be. It does not show that he is committed to the Ryle program. That 's not to say he won't be. But to turn your point on you,what happens when his daughter is off to the college do they have to find someone else again? Try find someone committed to coaching, not just their daughter and then times up.

I think the Prep Fan is stating that with the loon culture of parents at Ryle, they need to wipe out all parental involvement and this would be a start. The parent culture at Ryle is some of the worst I've seen. Crazy combo of hillbilly's and Triple Crown money has made it one interesting cesspool at Ryle. Anyone defending them, or offering excuses, is too close to the situation to realize they are part of the problem. "It's ok, this guy will be different." Nope. Same parents but good luck.

This. Just because Junior was killing it against Cooter Creek Oil and Gas does not mean he will be Division I bound. No kid is going anywhere because of their high school coach. They are irrelevant to the college plans. So, sit back and enjoy watching your kid play, it might be your last time.

A little inaccurate. When you throw BS, Pius, St Agnes and St Joes together, they may have the same numbers as Gray, Camp Ernst, Turkeyfoot, etc. The issue with volleyball is that the clubs really force the kids to make a choice early. The better vb players happen to be the better hoops players. Take them out of the mix and the talent dilutes. Now, i have seen some girls out at SOAS from 5th and 6th grades who have chosen hoops, so it may just be a cyclical thing.
