If Trinity say just played in the city of Cincinnati, whose high school football is like the SEC would they have the same success as they have had in KY football? NO. They would have to play top notch teams week in and out. Of course, Trinity would have some success and win some titles but not year in and out. I know Trinity has had some very very good teams in the past few years and would have won titles in other states but they wouldn't run rough shoud through those states as they have KY. I don't wear the green colored glass's as some of you on here.

But, isn't the Mythical National Championship the "Ocean".

Fair enough. I admit, I laughed out loud a little.

Mythical Ocean......Real Ocean....don't care.....we're the best program within many miles......that's all I care about, because I can't control the rest. Actually, I can't control any of it. I just love that I played for the best.

Didn't Trinity just win the GCL the last two years?

 

And given what Trinity has been able to do in Louisville(since many say bigger is better) wouldn't their success explode in a large metropolitan area like Cincy?

Zero sour grapes, just that Trinity would not dominate Cincinnati like they have KY. All the great high school programs in that city have their ups and downs. A down year for Trinity and they can still win or play for a state title. A down year in GCL and you don't even Make the playoffs.

Honestly. I would just like to know why you feel the need to do this? Did you apply to trinity and not get in? Did they beat your school by multiple touchdowns? What happened, to make you start attacking T?

Why all the hate? What T is doing is awesome. I hope they keep it up. Gives my team an extra incentive to push even harder to keep up or pass them as KY's top program.

And there would be a lot less wins for Colerain, and the GCL teams. Pretty much a wash and nonsense IMO.

I get the thought behind this thread, and this is hard to say but T run the last 3 years is beyond impressive. The players they had the last 3 years were remarkable. Give their props and move on T may win stat again this year but I think they'll look a little more haunt his year.

That's why I don't get. As a coach I'm glad we have teams like Trinity, Highlands, St. X, etc. because it gives all other programs something to strive for.

Trinity would have great success but maybe not a run of multiple titles in a row.
