If it were for 1 game I can see it being a great lesson for the concept of a what it takes to be a team. 1 high school football game to give a life lesson.....fine by me.

He will carry the team but IMO it won't be very far. NCC played an ok game, turned the ball over 4 times and the game wasn't as close as the score indicated. Great player though.

You guys are getting off track....get back to middle school football. Lol. You can make up any reason for why Caldwell will be tops in 2a and they will probably prove it right because they played NCC as good as you could of played them last year and most of those players are back. Definitely the team to beat but we are 15 weeks away too early to really know.

No one should put him on a pedestal. But 2 out of 3 years winning the state championship is more than just talent. As far as Coach Lyons is concerned saying it would be a huge mistake is unfair. If you talk X's and O's he's legit but its going to go to an alumni because their is more than one of them that is capable.

IMO, this post isn't accurate. NCC has had talent running in and out of those doors for years. Eddie deserves a ton of credit and the numbers should be looked at. Finishing off the season with a championship is something the school has struggled with and now has set those standards higher for the incoming players. This is a credit to the great players as well as good coaches, especially the head coach.
