Can a mod add a poll, please?

Havent seen NewCath play this yr so hard to predict.

I have obviously seen CC play this yr and they are an interesting team.

Rooting for both because I have connections with both but I better pick NewCath for Catholicism reasons. Just sayin...

Don't want to go there if I don't have too

If the Breds play like they did against Ashland they win, play like they did against Cooper.........could be a long ride home from the county.

Right the ship boys an bring home a "W".

I've also got connections to both teams in this game. I was supposed to be a Bred until they took us on a tour in 8th grade and put their worst foot forward, and I spent two years as a Camel. I'd love to go with the Camels here, but I think the Breds are still going to be a bit stout for them. Won't be long before the gap is closed, though.

Done.

Might be NCC's last chance for a win before District play as I do not see them beating Dixie or SK. A win here would make them one game better than last year in non-district games.

NCC better shore up the defense and needs to establish the run game again on offense. Camels have their own offensive problems. Probably a low scoring game. Home field edge might be enough for Camels to win.

I would imagine this will be a huge emotional game for both teams given the fact that most of these kids have grown up together and played together on teams at different times over the yrs.

I think it is awesome when the kids can get together after the games and exchange handshakes and respect for one another.

I was impressed by this very thing the other nite at a football game when the guys got together and took a pic, just so happen to show up on BGP as well.

Got to love this game and the sportsmanship involved...:thumb:

I am taking the Camels by the slightest margin. This should be a very competitive game..

Camels should prevail but it will be a tight game.

CC 22

NCC 18

I never root against NC, despite NKYFootballFan91.

Hoping for an NC win, but I expect the Camels will edge out the Breds in a close one.

GO Camels,

Newport Catholic 21-20.

NewCath will have to cure the edges of their defense. Their middle is solid. #83 for CC is a dangerous receiver. NewCath will have to keep him from getting the ball. Cramps shouldn't be an issue this week w/ the weather, so hopefully CC's depth advantage won't be as pronounced as it would have been in 85 plus temps.
