  1. In all seriousness,You would be surprised how many of these Northern Kentucky posters originated from down in your neck of the woods. My Great Grand Pappy packed up his cherokee women and his arsenel of guns and headed North to the promised land. And here we be again ,coming home to visit our people that we only meet by chance and celebrating our beloved High School Football teams current and future sucess. Thanks Grand Pappy for all the memorable times.Should be a great night ! And F.Y.I.,Y'All is in my everyday vocabulary .:ylsuper:
  2. The Dixie front office may want to look at some changes at the coaching level if they want to win the big games. Its sure not the lack of talent !Although once again the big boy displayed his cowardness amongst his coaches, teammates and parents. On the flipside, with the McCoy kids running and passing ability, what a dynamic duo he would be in the backfield with a run and gun potential with Towles.Looks like starting material to me on atleast one side of the ball. Looked like some secondary changes helped against the passing in the second half. Looking forward competing against any pass threats,I would like to see the Abner kid playing safety not only due to his height but the cross the middle passes would not be a factor after a couple of his clean Knock Out blows-WOW!.
  3. Never was a topic back in the days when all Friday night games started at 8:00 pm . Seems like a topic every week by the faithful who seem to show up either earlier or late.No consistency....
  4. Definitely an operator issue . I am sure the Rozzi's offer large volume discounts
  5. CovCath has a big night passing. JC won't be able to match the points just with their running game. Cov Cath 45 JC 21.
  6. Key early turnovers wil decide this one.Henry Clay 28 Simon Kenton 24.But would not mind seeing a rematch in Union with the Raiders to put alot of talk to rest....
  7. Nice job Raiders !Stay focused and great things will follow.....
  8. Congrats Raiders on the local coaches poll.Covington Catholic should be number three despite their record .
  9. The Colonels will not be challenged until JC comes their way
  10. I recently saw this at a Northern Ky Game whenever the home team had a defensive stand going Hells bells was played straight through the snap with no consideration to play calling at the line of srimmage by the opponent.
  11. You beat me to that one Qryche11.I bet the Cowboy and Big Country will be in the house for that one :ylsuper:
  12. Its going to take the whole team running on all cylinders to beat this Hungry Raiders squad.
  13. Your Right T-Bird-Big year for Ryle . I guess I was looking too hard at that nationally recognized win streak that the Birds have compiled over the last three seasons .That has to carry a little weight !
  14. Would it be fair to say this is the biggest game in Ryles Football history? A great challenge for two quality programs.Go Birds!
  15. Trinity and Highlands for sure.Win or lose.Highlands need to maintain schedules with stellar programs .Come back and ask this question 5 years from now.Proof is in the pudding,I mean CAKE!!
  16. Good luck to both teams.I am going with the Blueboys by 2 TD.The weather or even field conditions may play a role on this one
  17. Anything for the Colonels looking forward is a statement .They seem to stay strong throughout and it showed in Highlands and Dixie meetings.I am giving the Blueboys by a last minute field goal. They need momentum at this point
  18. Nice job Rocks ! I would of liked to seen this one first hand
  19. Two stellar programs.Birds by a score
  20. If this streak is maintained I would not doubt a National Championship in 2013.This being said,Dale will have to schedule a couple top 25 teams maybe next year for this special Freshman classes senior year to justify.
  21. I am sitting on the Colonels side that night.Kudos to the camels for having a contender.
  22. Nice job birds. Good luck next week on the big one. What day is and time ?
  23. Ryle by three touchdowns if they stay focused and execute as they can
  24. [/u][/i][/b] I hope this also an exaggeration
  25. Have not followed Boyle at any level .I am sure it will be a great game between two of states perennial powers. Go birds ! How about the next level ! Does Highlands have any reserve games left this year or better yet cancellations? Its funny how this frosh game came together so quick with Boyle. How about a reserve game.I bet the Boyle folks would make it happen.Hats off to Boyle for stepping up !
