Friday night was not the right way and that is the point that needs to be made. Note to other teams: When you are ahead 40-14 in the 4th quarter, go ahead and kick it deep, no onsides, I mean "pooches", are neccesary. Bets of luck to all teams :thumb: And for the record Carroll is a much better team than the past three years. Coach Weedman and the staff has focused on how CC can get better, and CC has become better.

Henry played a very good game tonight. However, was there a need to onside kick twice when you are leading 40-14 and 47-14? I do not think that is a very classy showing. That was the only thing that I seen that I disliked about Henry. That shows no sportsmanship at all. Carroll County needs to keep their heads up, they will be just fine. Carroll needs to get focused and be ready for next weeks match up against the Wildcats from Henry County. It will be a very tough game for the Panthers. They cannot play like they did against Owen and expect to beat Henry. Better decisions need to be made by the QB and the defense needs to make big stops. Of course not. I mean Gallatin County is a powerhouse. I am sure almost everybody has picked them to win the region this year, and when I say region I mean the 8th region tournament, not the All "A"!

I believe those same words were used when Gallatin played Carroll. Don't count out the Raiders. Gallatin is the better team though. The juggernaut defensive coaches that Coach Browning has should stop this Raider offense. However, you should never count out Coach Poynter. TC: 21 GC: 20

I believe so. They are also the only top 20 3A team to begin their season with 3 straight below average 1A teams this year. I am not taking anything away from Henry County but lets not call them a powerhouse just yet. I watched them the other night and they didn't impress me that much. A couple good players but not good enough to be #1 in Class 3A.

Or maybe Carroll County played good! Carroll was able to run the ball where ever they wanted. Wise for the Panthers had one heck of a game and the line stepped up and blocked tremendously. I think the better team came out on top in this game.

Boy was I wrong in my prediction! I should have known better than to choose against the Panthers at thier home field. Great job Panthers and Coach Weedman/staff! A well deserved win. With Carlton coming back, he will be a force to reckon with come tomorrow night. He is a beast at the RB spot and I am not sure what team can stop this young man. He really knows how to run hard and he is one of the strongest RB's I have seen in awhile. As much as I want to go with the Panthers, I have to agree with Bengal 15 and Tha Moss on this one.
