Many of you who are long-time BGPers know Michael (Purplehaze) Drake. PH is one of our longest running and most knowledgeable posters. And he is the greatest Bowling Green Purples that ever lived!

 

I received a call, moments ago, from his wife, "Mrs. Purplehaze." She wanted me (and you) to know that Michael is hospitalized and very seriously ill. Overe the weekend, he suffered a traumatic complication related to his disability. The next few days will be critical to his ultimate recovery.

 

On behalf of the Drakes, and all of us here, who care so much for them, I ask that you remember Michael in your prayers (especially the next few days). Pray also for Mrs. PH, who is not only standing by her husband, but also facing a serious medical concern of her own.
