IMO Cal is here for the 10 year plan he stated when he was hired and to win some NC's and get a large number of wins per year. He is at the top of the food chain now. Why would he go to a different ecosystem where he would have to evolve from a bottom feeder (Nets) to a top predator(Celtics and Lakers)? Does anyone think his ego is that big? Pitino did that and regretted it now look what he is going through!

I think you're right, but there's a small chance it doesn't work that way. I think the Bulls are the only job Calipari would take and he'd only take it if Lebron asked him.

The next day an article comes out saying Cal is on the list of potential candidates for the Nets job. If he takes an NBA job it will be the perfect situation IMO. The perfect situation is LBJ telling an owner I'll come there if you hire Cal. LBJ might not even consider it an option. I was kind of just guessing. I do know that they seem to be close and WWW pulls a lot of the same strings. There has never been a bigger free agent in NBA histoey as LBJ. He has a lot of power starting in June.
