I didn't understand that. Breaking in a new quarterback (or three) didn't seem like a recipe for success at Rutgers. The Big East isn't great, but Cincinnati had enough coming back to get the call over Rutgers. I'd even pick West Virginia over Rutgers, even without Pat White.
