September 7, 200917 yr And some analyists on ESPN predicted Rutgers to win the Big East.... I didn't understand that. Breaking in a new quarterback (or three) didn't seem like a recipe for success at Rutgers. The Big East isn't great, but Cincinnati had enough coming back to get the call over Rutgers. I'd even pick West Virginia over Rutgers, even without Pat White.
