My opinion on the subject is that if a Coach or the Administration knowingly violate the rules it is cheating. I find it very hard to believe that a Head Coach would do such a thing. If one were to Knowingly, and with malace violate the rules they should be terminated. Period. I hate dishonest people.

Both local papers (The Paintsville Herald and the Big Sandy News) had stories on the front page today. The articles have a statement from Mr. Whitaker, JC's principal... but I have learned my lesson about posting statement and quotes on here.

(Tackett and Johnson were solid players by the way. Where did they end up going to college?)

 

Both went to college at Pikeville. Johnson didnt like it and quit but Tackett finished out the season.

Frankly, a lot of us would like to know what violations were committed before rendering an opinion. Unfortunately, none of the Johnson Central fans on here seem to be willing to address them.

I agree.

If what I'm hearing is true, the violations are pretty blatant ... on par with or perhaps even above what happened at Lexington Christian, but of a much different nature. Especially if the coaching staff is as involved as they are being said to have been.

And since the Johnson Central people have clammed up on this, I guess we can assume that the violations are as bad as advertised. I guess it's time to pile on, then ...
