I was told Johnson Central wouldn't/couldn't releases it to the papers because the KHSAA told them not to discuss it again and if they did, the KHSAA is not going to like it at all, because my understanding is the "findings" are going to make the KHSAA look like I and many others have said. It was a witch hunt.

 

your really confused or easy to fool or better yet you are just not wanting to tell the facts because they do not agree with the side you support. The KSHAA is not God and can and would be held accountable if they practiced as you try and claim

I am talking from experience. In my years on this earth I have been ruled ineligible, eligible, and even sued the KHSAA. On the subject they ruled on, they no longer have jurisdiction on because they would not/could not police it properly.

 

I do not, have not and will not have in the future have a member of family that attends/attended JC.

 

The KHSAA has 0 checks and balances beside a lawsuit. That takes time, so much time that a students eligibility could be over at worse, or at least the season they are petitioning the court for.

Sure, just don't send a bus to Huntington WV and South Point OH to go get them and be sure that they are paying their tuition. :fight:

Has there been a finding that the hypothetical school I am speaking of paid tuition for players. If so I must have missed it.

Interesting thought, perhaps the KHSAA is concerned they didn't do enough and they just want it to go away. Possibly, the view is "we cut you a break, take your punishment and don't drag us through the mud with you".

 

KHSAA didn't exactly jump all over this situation. I hear it just got so out of hand, they had to step in. Why else would they wait to game 8?
