Coming off a Sweet 16 Title, great facilities, great feeder programs, in a region that is not as tough as some, should be some major interest.

Burgess was a very, very good HS player at Ceredo-Kenova and could straight stroke it.

Your logic doesn't add up. Shelby Valley beat the teams in front of them, the teams they beat got there by winning the games in front of them. Every team gets a chance to make it to the Sweet 16, by winning their region. Just because 1 region is "tougher" than another doesn't mean the best team is form that region................

I agree with him on the Sweet 16, championship game needs played @ 4pm on Sundays and I have heard that some want a consolation game @ 2pm.

Coached at Morehead St.(Asst.) under Wayne Martin, Elkhorn City, Pikeville College, and now UHA. Won everywhere he has been.

Its long. Won state titles @ Williamson, WV., been out in Western Ky. and had great success @ Graves Co. I think.

Good situation is key, Pike Central and Sheldon Clark are not.

Fact of the matter is very few kids are ready to play at the next level and if a school is constantly putting MS kids on the HS level, well their program and program development isn't very good. No HS school with over 200 boys should be playing MS kids on a consistent basis.
