We're mostly talking 4 seeds over 1 seeds, but 3s over 2s count depending on the teams involved.

Four jumped out to me when scanning the brackets.

Class 1A
Russellville ? (1) hosting Bethlehem ?(4): They've both faced quality competition scattered throughout the schedule. Neither was able to win any of those games, but the Eagles nearly knocked off KCD a couple of weeks ago. Bethlehem's best is good enough to leave Logan County with a dub if Russellville doesn't match their level. 

Class 3A
Union County ?? (1) hosting Glasgow ??????? (4): Union is coming in hot, winners of six straight and they've been pouring on the points of late. The Scotties have been hardened by the group of death district they play in, and it paid off last week with a win over Somerset. 

Class 5A
Woodford County ? (1) hosting Dixie Heights ?? (4): The Red Colonels wrecked the Jackets in this same round last year. Wofo has looked like the superior team this season, but Dixie has faced a who's who of NKY powerhouses in preparation and the ghost of last year's stunner may linger in the minds of both squads.

Montgomery County ? (1) hosting North Laurel ? (4): All due credit to the Indians for lifting a district championship, but they're the most vulnerable one seed in 5A. The Jags’ regular season prep included Franklin County, Johnson Central, Pulaski County, and Bell County, all superior to anyone MoCo has faced.

Ballard and Fern Creek in 6A

I will add in the below including 3 seed over 2 seed possible upsets:

1A

#3 Louisville Holy Cross at #2 Caverna

#3 Nicholas County at #2 Eminence

#3 Paintsville at #2 Middlesboro

2A

#3 Caldwell County at #2 Fort Campbell

#3 W.E.B. DuBois at #2 Metcalfe County

#3 Walton-Verona at #2 Breathitt County

3A

#4 Glasgow at #1 Union County (unlikely, but a tough 1st round game for a 4 seed)

#3 Franklin-Simpson at #2 Hancock County

#3 McLean County at #2 Adair County (also unlikely, but tough matchup)

#3 Elizabethtown at #2 Garrard County

#3 Clay County at #2 Lawrence County (another unlikely one, but possible)

4A

#3 Warren East at #2 John Hardin

#4 Western Hills at #1 DeSales (may be surprising to some, but this is a pick'em game)

#3 Spencer County at #2 Doss (sure thing)

#3 Greenup County at #2 Mason County (actually an upset if 2 seed Mason County wins)

#3 Taylor County at #2 Letcher County Central

#3 Whitley County at #2 Wayne County

5A

#3 Madisonville-North Hopkins at #2 Bowling Green (unlikely, but a tough round 1 game)

#3 North Bullitt at #2 Fairdale

#3 Conner at #2 Scott County

#4 North Laurel at #1 Montgomery County

#3 South Laurel at #2 Madison Southern

6A

#3 Barren County at #2 Henderson County

#3 Oldham County at #2 Fern Creek

#3 Bullitt East at #2 Ballard

#4 Madison Central at #1 Tates Creek

#3 George Rogers Clark at #2 Lafayette

Tates Creek loses to Madison Central, and Lafayette loses to GRC... Although GRC is less likely to beat the Generals, I'm booking Madison Central upsets the Commodores. 

Yes, for this horrible, why do we have 6 classes, why are we playing these first round games, why all these playoff teams ... there are 27 first round games where the lower seed could win.

Saying that we already know the higher seed is going to win in over 70% of the games beyond a doubt is not the flex you think it is. And that's assuming that you are correct on all of these as truly in doubt.  A few local ones jump out at me immediately as "absolutely no chance" that you listed -

Barren County/Henderson County - Henderson County is going to win and win decisively. Beyond the entire lack of playoff success Barren County has shown, including getting throttled by Henderson County just two years ago, Henderson County beat Central Hardin by 31, a team Barren County lost to, resulting in them ending up in this game at all.

Madisonville/Bowling Green - Beyond what we really know of these teams (one being a state title contender and the other being Madisonville) - they have two common opponents in Owensboro and Apollo.  Bowling Green beat Owensboro by three touchdowns and Madisonville lost to the Red Devils.  Bowling Green put a running clock on Apollo, and Madisonville and Apollo were tied going into the fourth quarter in a game Madisonville won by a touchdown.  Don't be surprised if Bowling Green running clocks them.

Glasgow/Union County - Glasgow has the name and history, so this likely was a reputation choice, I assume.  This is one of the worst Glasgow teams I recall.  There aren't common opponents for me to point to, but I will note these two do have recent playoff history, and Union County beat them by four touchdowns just two years ago.  Union County's win over Greenwood is better than absolutely every one of Glasgow's, and they won it comfortably. 

I would speculate that two of these may go running clock, if not all three.

Give #1 seed a bye and 2/3 seeds can play with winner getting #1 seed in 2nd round. Eliminates the 1/4 seed blowouts.

This is what I've been saying for years.  Still 5 rounds, just rewards the district winner with a bye week and eliminates the 4 seeds.

I think both the number #3 and #4 seeds in 6A from district 8 (Madison Cent. and GRC) can defeat Tates Creek and Lafayette.

I’ve never really understood why the people on here get so upset over the way the playoffs are set up. You don’t have to pay for travel or take a beatdown so why do you care. Myself as a fan if my team is really good I get to see them in another game and if my team is really bad at least I get to see the seniors one more game. It seems like there’s 4 or 5 that get on here and fuss about it every year when pretty much everyone else either are ok with it or don’t care either way. Why do you know more about how things should go than everyone else.
