Per Evan Dennison, @sumoroyal passed away after many years dedicated to Mason County sports as scorekeeper/statistician.

We'll certainly miss you, buddy!

Tony Sapp, aka Sumoroyal, was a good and loyal friend.  I am privileged to have known him.  He was a fixture at the scorers table in the Mason County Fieldhouse, at Royals games and at the 10th Region Tournament.

Condolences to his family who all helped out in official capacities with the Royals.

Good Man.  He will be remembered.

Sorry to hear this. He was a good poster and loyal fan of Mason County sports. My condolences to family and friends.

Heartbreaking.  On here and in real life, an absolutely fine person.  Hope his family and friends are finding the strength they need.  ?

So sad, prayers for his friends and family that their hearts are over flowing with great and warm memories. 

Sumo was the self-appointed 10th Region archivist, particularly in basketball where he had the history of every team and every game played in the 10th Region.

I hope that someone carries on his legacy.

Amen to that Mustang! Always enjoyed the Mason County folks in both boys and girls basketball. Good people! Condolences to all.
