Final. I don't know what the Bengals coaching staff was thinking you could hear the official say with :56 seconds left on 4th down that the clock and play clock would start on him and as soon as he started the clock the Bengals punt it!

Congrats Steelers, way to fight until the end. 

That’s as satisfying of a win as there’s been in a while. Love to humble the Bengals. 

Absolutely PITIFUL clock management AGAIN on that punt, what in the world were they doing???!!!  A tie is better than a loss, what were thinking, Mike McCarthey managing the clock for us???!!

Why didn't the holder just fall on the ball after that horrible snap? That's why you try it on 3rd down, in case something goes wrong.

The term “comedy of errors” leaps to mind.

Pittsburgh was more than deserving of this win with how Cincinnati played today. You simply can’t turn the ball over five times and take six or seven sacks and expect to win. And for all of the talk and hype about the Bengals OL, they have A LOT of work ahead to get better. The time management and coaching at the ending of the game was a joke. Definitely not the start that many Bengals fans were thinking of.

That darn Marvin Lewis messes up the clock management again. Oh wait....he's not there! Andy Dalton's four interceptions....oh yeah, he's gone too. Sorry, couldn't help myself.

Everyone complains about clock management. 5 TURNOVERS, 7 SACKS, a BLOCKED EXTRA POINT, and a MISSED FG.....they were lucky to have a clock to mismanage. Just not ready. I know Joe Burrow was out with appendectomy but maybe some other guys would have benefited from a few more pre-season reps. On to Big D.

Yeah those two guys who couldn’t win a playoff game. Compared to the two guys who just took the team to the Super Bowl last year. Marvin and Dalton deserved a lot of the criticism they got for their failures. People were not unfair to them.

Honestly that’s how I feel about this game. The Bengals played about as bad as they could possibly play on offense. Burrow one of his worst games. 5 turnovers, stopped on downs inside the 5, etc. Yet even with all of that, the Bengals were basically a long snapper away from winning this game. 
 

It sucks losing, especially to the Steelers. However, I would say chances are Burrow will be even more motivated after this game, the offense can’t be much worse. Plus we seen that we once again should have a very solid defense this year. So today was disappointing, but no reason for people to get to down on this team.

While the line was not great. I honestly didn’t think they did to bad. IMO a lot of the pressure was because of guys not being open and Burrow having to bring the ball back down. Steelers truly seemed to have Burrow confused some today with their coverages. 

Not that I wanted a tie, I’d rather win or lose, but you have the clock running and you don’t snap the ball with 1 second remaining? Also on the Chase catch they ruled out at the one, you have all 3 timeouts and you don’t challenge? I could see from my house that was a TD. Your offense was awful the whole game and won’t challenge a potential game winning catch. I don’t understand it.

It's a big loss, when you lose within your division.
