Coltcity
2A with 5 teams in a top 25... #10 DeSales, #11 Mayfield, #15 LCA, #18 Danville and #25 CAL not too shabby. Should be a wide open title run.
PepRock01
Not terribly surprising. T has been resting starters in district play and Beatty has been showing restraint. Get to the running clock and playing 8 minute quarters in the 2nd half. No need to keep putting points on teams that, were it not for district reasons, would never otherwise be on the schedule. T will definitely be less restrained this week against Ballard though.
NKUisgr8
Seriously? Had CCH dropped so low that their return warrants this?

JC Alumni 76
Wasnt Cov Cath already at the 1 position in this poll before even after Trinity had played 2 Ky teams? Maybe it was the Litkenhouse Ratings. Regardless, any overall poll without Trinity at #1 loses all credibility. I would say Cov Cath is a solid Top 3 though. Voice of Reason
Calpreps has Trinity a one point favorite in a matchup versus Covington Catholic, who is ranked number two in KY on their site. Which team has the most FBS D1 players? I don't know Trinity's roster and that's why I am asking.

Which team has the most FBS D1 players? I don't know Trinity's roster and that's why I am asking. Trinity has three solid Division 1 prospects: McDuffie is senior DE. Herron is a junior DE (Michigan). Moore is a senior receiver (Texas). There could be a lineman who gets an offer. Hull and Cardosi, senior LBs, my get a smaller school offers. Had Coach Brohm at Purdue may come calling down the road.

oldoc
I would love to see this game. I believe that Trinity should be the favorite, but CCH could definitely compete this year to make this game entertaining

theguru
If CCH and T both win it all we get to debate this one all off season! :thumb:
