Favorite Fruits & Veggies

Let's say you can only have one fruit and one vegetable for the rest of your life.

 

You can still eat other food groups as you wish, but are limited to only one of each of these from here on out.

 

What do you go with?

Fruit for me is easy. Has to be strawberries.

 

Veggies is a tough one, but I think I lean towards broccoli.

This is tough because tomatoes and avocados - staples for me - are both considered fruit. But when I think of fruit I'm thinking peaches or bananas.

 

I was going to say zucchini for vegetables, but Wikipedia now tells me this is also a fruit.

 

Now I'm confused. Do I even eat vegetables? Onions? Onions are too important for cooking, but I never eat them by themselves. Corn? Don't tell me this is a fruit too...

Fruit would either be banana or watermelon. Watermelon is by far my favorite but I tend to eat bananas a lot prior to workouts.

 

As for vegetables i guess carrots or maybe broccoli. One f those two.
