It is some KINDA hot for a Sept 5, hottest I can remember for awhile. I don't know which is harder...running in 91 degree weather or running in 19 degree weather. I've done both and neither is a walk in the park.

 

I'd take the 91 degree day. What about some of you other runners? Which extreme do you prefer to run in... Extremely hot and humid or bitter cold ?

I don't run, but I "power walk" a lot and I much prefer the heat to the cold.

Before last summer, the only time I had ever run was when I was running from my mother when she was looking to bust my tail.

I run at an indoor temperature controlled track but I would prefer the frigid cold than this dang heat we have. You can always add more clothes, you can only take off so much neighbors start complaining.

I think I would prefer the running in the heat as well. When I run in the cold my lungs end up literally hurting because of the breathing of cold air while sweating my you know whats off because of the layers of clothes.

Heat bothers me a little, but I will not run in the extreme cold.
