Just Ran 8 Miles AND I Want to Tell You....

Featured Replies

Heat, I only run if I'm trying to sweat a lot.

I think I would prefer the running in the heat as well. When I run in the cold my lungs end up literally hurting because of the breathing of cold air while sweating my you know whats off because of the layers of clothes.

That's the worst part for me as well- breathing the bitter cold air into my lungs. Not a good feeling.

I ran about a mile because you motivated me. I hated it.

Great.... (I think) ! :)

I much prefer heat. I can't get my butt motivated at all in the winter.

I usually try to take it inside as much as possible in the winter. That is, when it gets bitterly cold.
