August 6, 201412 yr We Were Soldiers is a really good one. Probably my favorite war movie but it's a tough watch. The end of Field of Dreams. When Denzel gets whipped in Glory. Final scene of Rudy. I remember going to the movies with my kids to see Up, which is an animated movie. I was crying 10 minutes into the film when it's obvious they can't have children. ???It's animated! What is wrong with me? Matt Damon and Robin Williams in Good Will Hunting when he confronts the feelings he's suppressed for so long. That movie gets me every time.

August 6, 201412 yr Absolutely! The whole scene in the lockeroom is gut wrenching. The whole darn movie is pretty emotional. I could also put on here the Graveyard Speech, the actual plane crash, Red's wife running out into the rain. Heck, I'm getting chills now thinking about all those parts.

August 6, 201412 yr Author Field Of Dreams: "Moonlight" Graham has become Burt Lancaster, he has saved the little girl, walked past the players and he is headed toward the corn. Ray Liotta (Shoeless Joe) calls out "Hey, Rookie...You were good". You get the impression that even though Graham never got a real shot at the Bigs, this was enough. To quote Faramir, from Lord Of The Rings, "The praise of the praiseworthy is above all rewards."

August 6, 201412 yr The Passion of the Christ...it was the hardest movie to watch I've ever seen from an emotional standpoint.
