I never cry. I tear and choke up a lot but I never cry.

This thread is killing me, got to stay away from it.

Scene in 50/50 where it is revealed that Levitt's cancer has been successfully treated (If you haven't seen this movie, you are missing out on a true gem).

Costner's "catch" with his dad at the end of Field of Dreams.

Final scene in Vanilla Sky when Tom Cruise declares that he wants to live a real life instead of the dream he had been living for 150 years.

Several scenes in John Q.

Book of Eli where Denzel Washington lay dying on a couch and begins reciting the Bible from beginning to end so that the "book" would live on.

Reign Over Me is another crusher. Very sad movie, especially when Adam Sandler talks about his wife and daughters who died in one of the 9/11 planes.

I'm not really a Sandler fan but he was pretty good in that movie. I really watch it for Don Cheadle, one of my favorites since I saw him in Picket Fences back in the early 90s.

I had forgotten about that movie. I just put it in my Netflix instant queue so I can watch it tonight.:thumb:

Just watched Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close last weekend. I'd never seen it before, but there are several scenes that moved me to tears. VERY well done movie.

Caught that one on netflix several months ago. Very moving. Loved it!!

Brians Song

The end when they say

"It wasn't how he died we remember, but how he lived...oh how he lived"

Gives me goose bumps just typing it.
