16thBBall Fan
Is on now some interesting rule changes they are using in this years tournament. Will be playing 4-10 minute quarters Lane will be widened to 16' (like the NBA) 3 point line will be extended by 1'8" (like International Ball) Shot clock will be reset to only 20 seconds after offensive rebounds. plantmanky
Based on what? :lol2: Based on the fact that the their first two years involved in D1 post season they get put up vs UK and Louisville. Two schools in their own back yard. Please. its a farce.

TheDeuce
Going to Louisville. Would you rather them be shipped farther away from home where they’d have basically zero support? Playing in Louisville as a 7 seed is literally the best case scenario.
TheDeuce
Not much love by the committee for the Horizon League giving the regular season champs a #7 seed. You could argue they deserved better than a 7 seed, for sure. But playing in Louisville is a benefit for NKU.

I agree that it is a benfit for them playing Kentucky and Louisville games they are probably not supposed to win but if they do it would have to be a big boost in recruitment. ManOfTroy
NKU received more exposure from the UK game than they could have from any other match-up. This is more of the same. As mentioned, they were kept close to home both times and will have good support. The NIT always pairs regional match-ups early on and the NCAA is doing more and more of it. What do you really expect?
