Angel squad 13
Final from Dayton. Don't have stats, but I was told Ball led the Birds in scoring hitting 5 or 6 from deep. Dayton was led by Matt Grimme and Phillip McDaniel who had 16 each. Dayton takes on Newport Monday in the All-A Classic at Bellevue at 6pm. I saw another thread where a poster said "highlands can name the score" Really nice to see the Devils playing better ball. They let a few slip away earlier this season and seem to be coming together finally.
Jack of all Trades
I said they should name the score. Too many issues for me to discuss because mom always said if you cannot say something nice say nothing at all.
uselessinfo
I know losing a game usually does not call for congrats but I do want to congratulate Billy Rogg who is doing a really good job with the Dayton team. He works very hard and has kept the players working hard even when they started the season 0 and whatever it was. He really is putting effort into building the program as he is heavily involved from grades 3 on up. :thumb:

From my experience, at Sports of All Sorts and at a number of other facilities and tournaments, I have not seen any other high school head coaches as involved in the elementary and middle school programs as he is. I hope he is given enough time at the helm to see the fruits of his labors, because he is truly trying to grow the program from the bottom up. Kudos!
