I pull for Simon Kenton every week. A 10-0 Simon Kenton would be enormously fun to follow on BGP. UK#1fan is a zealot. He is not a front runner. When SK has down year, he is still posting, predicting and he shows up to take his lumps. I picture UK#1fan as the guy still in the stands in the pouring rain, late in the 4th quarter, with his team down by 30, barking about a missed call. The fact that he drives the Highlands fans crazy is a bonus. I get on BGP for a bit of fun. He is fun.

We wouldn't have it any other way. :thumb: It is what makes the rivarlry so great. I can't think of a single person from Highlands I have met who I didn't like. And yet, I don't like the Birds. Rooting for Highlands is like going to a casino and rooting for the house. Lots of respect. Not much love.

If you don't stop saying kind things about Simon Kenton rivals, your Bluebird fans are going to be deeply disappointed. I listened to the game on the road today using the mobile app. I couldn't get the coverage to start before the 3rd quarter, but the broadcast was very entertaining. Hope the Colonels keep rolling next week against Lasalle.

Love the live game broadcasts, archived games and look forward to trying the new mobile app. I recall a previous attempt to broadcast live game video, as well as audio. At the time I think there was some band width or buffering issues. Are there plans to broadcast live video of any games this year?

Other than the "Beat Highlands" mantra, I do not think there is anything but respect from most Cov. Cath. fans to the Bluebirds. I feel the same way about Holmes in basketball. Whatever Dale is doing seems to be working pretty darn well. If he thinks the Crosstown Showdown does not fit their needs then so be it. I went to the Cov. Cath. Crosstown game at Dixie last year. The place was packed. Atmosphere was great. I give the event :thumb: :thumb:. It was fun. Dale apparantly feels the path to another championship does not lead through the Showdown. It is hard to argue the results. That said, Highlands is clearly ducking Simon Kenton.
