From watching South Warren last night against BG last night, I would imagine CCH will play the same defense they played last night and dare South Warren QB to throw the ball. I watched the 2nd half and he threw the ball a couple of times last night with some success, but he didn't look real comfortable doing it. I do not know much about South Warren except what I watched last night, but if they focus solely on the run, it will be a long night for them. I also expect to see CCH QB have a great game running the ball next week. I think BG QB had several opportunities for some big gains and pick up first downs, but failed to take the free yards in front of him.

Watched the game through Pegasus Sports Network and the two gentleman doing the game did a great job. The broadcast was first class for a High School game.

Society we live in these days, everyone always has to have something to complain about. Worked so good for CCH, perhaps Beechwood should give it a try next year.

Will Becky Houston still be coaching volleyball at Holy Cross? Will his sister be joining him at Cooper, if so, that would be a boost to the volleyball team at Cooper?

Freedom Field has not been so friendly to the Colonels. Craddock pitched a good game, felt like he threw a lot of pitches, but have no idea on the number. CCH gave Conner a couple of the runs with some miscues. Conner was the better team and deserved to be the one moving on.

It is fun to watch Sully coach. Those kids would run through a wall for him. The way he interacts with them is awesome. He has it and that is why he is the best coach in the 9th region, possibly the state!

I am sure the technical also had a little something to do with it. What exactly happened, I was looking away?

Hoping CCH, but think Cooper will get it done.

Is AJ getting any college looks that you are aware of?

Schrand and Houston were both shut down in the second half. I think Houston may have wore himself out in the first half, he was beat walking off the floor. HC seems to be very limited when it comes to guard play. Schrand seems to stay very stationary and makes it a lot easier than it should to guard him. HC better find some guard play, or it will be an early exit. They have some nice athletes, just missing someone to handle the ball. CCH still adjusting to injuries, but they must play better if they are going to beat Cooper! CCH dominated the Freshman and JV games. First time watching either team play and they have A LOT of nice athletes. Very impressed by Mayer and Thelen on JV, going to be a very good players. Both got a little run in the Varsity game.

Any information on the time frame for the McNeil boys to return from their injuries?

Totally ridiculous for a high school game. I understand making some money, but should be no more than $5 to get in. I am sure there are a lot of people who may attend a game, but won't be back after they have to pay $10 to get in.

I know nothing about Mercer, how does CCH match up with them?

I had heard from a very reliable source within the program they had a lot of guys that were going to be playing both ways this year. Have to find depth or it is going to be a long year for CCH. Early in the year is the time to play a variety of guys and experiment, especially in the heat. These guys can't keep playing both ways and still be healthy at the end of the year.

CCH D has already given up over 500 yards of offense and still in 3rd quarter.
