No. They moved it up because they got burned in recent years by a school not able to play because of snow.

Aiden Ruthatz had 23 points. 6/9 from 3 6 assists

CVH had 20 8/13 from field

AJ Mayer had 18 7/10 from field 7 boards

Jake Walter had 6 points and 4 blocks

 

Colonels shot 60% from the field. 7/15 from 3.

Jake Ohmer had 16 (12 in the first half).

 

If my notes are correct Scott only had 2 FGs in the 2nd half. Had 20 made FTs in the 2nd half.

Scott was just too small and not enough scorers when CCH made it difficult for Jake Ohmer.

 

Game started out 18-0.

Bottom line, Cov Cath defends and if they cut the head off the snake the game like you said Clyde was over before it began.

Sounds like they played this game behind a woodshed. CCH playing very well now - players have stepped up to compensate for the loss of Frederick. That's a credit to their talent and culture.

 

In order to have a chance against CCH you need at least 3 scoring threats and 4 ball handlers on the floor. They are relentless with their man pressure and their team defense is outstanding.

 

Scott didn't have enough weapons to stand a chance against a CCH team that is peaking right now.

CovCath playing dang good basketball and doing it without Frederick. I just don't see anybody beating this team in the district and regional.

Yikes....didn't expect this type of route.
