Bell is super this year. The only surprise here is that the Rock scored. This has been a great rivalry over the years. Does anyone know if they will remain in the same class next year.

This game was within a touchdown inside 5 minutes in the first half. What was the LCA Camper score at that point Daddy Cat? LCA is much better than Williamsburg or Lynn Camp. The public private issue was front and center in this game. It is very difficult for public class A football teams to put that many athletes on the field. Lynn Camp would not be able to add a kid from Hazard whose mother took a job in a county two counties away. He would be ineligible at a public school. LCA is a great team and a class bunch and I wish them good luck the remainder of the year.

Coach Howard has been around the block before. He knows how to get his kids ready for a big playoff game.

Great win for the Colonels. Coach Black has got them on a roll. I hope Chad is okay. I expect the Colonels to win next week and look forward to watching them knock heads with Letcher Central.

Coach Black has Whitley firing on all cylinders. They have progressively got better and I expect them to continue to roll.

Bell 28-6. Bell is special this year.

Frankfort big. They are a very talented bunch.

Though I believe that LCA is a clear favorite I believe that Williamsburg will make a good showing and has the ability to win. Williamsburg is much more physical than they are given credit for. This isn't the Greer team that finesses you. They are very good up front with Rollins, Phillips, Collins and Hopkins. Their offense is almost 50/50 this year. Hayden is a great back but I am much more concerned with their ability to throw the ball. If the Jackets struggle against the pass and LCA keeps the Jackets from being able to key on Hayden this game will become a nightmare for Williamsburg much like it was for Lynn Camp. Contrary to normal football I believe LCA will need to establish their passing game first. Williamsburg must find a go to guy in the redzone other than Brock. Someone else must make some big catches for the Jackets. They will need Petit to step up and make some plays.

Corbin is to physical for Bath. Corbin by at least 20.

Injuries derailed a good season for the Raiders. I expect that they will be much better next year.

The mountains lost two great players in Lewis and Bowling tonight. This is the end of an era. Maybe the coaching change wasn't what was needed at Clay.

I believe that the wheels fell off after the coaching change. The Eagles had plenty of athletes but could not get on track all year.

The penalties were all earned. Williamsburg must play with more discipline next week. Paris was no match for them physically and but for that lack of discipline this game would have been much worse.

Dudley seems to know what it takes to get kids to play well togeather. I'll trust his judgement here.

Whitley has speed all over the field. They really come after you on D. They are loaded with weapons on offense. LeBanion is a great athlete who they haven't used to his full potential because everybody else has played so well.

Williamsburg's special teams must play better for them to be able to win this game. Giving LCA a short field is a recipe for disaster.

The scores surprises me. I thought Pineville had packed it in already. This was a good showing for the Moutain Lions.

KC is on a roll. They are playing well and their style is conducive to playoff football when the weather begins to take over. Dudley taught Coach Mills well.

Whitley County stole their soul with the whipping they gave them. They have not been the same since.

JC by a bunch. They have been a terror the last several years. They will make a nice run in the playoffs.

Coach Mills has done a great job. Knox by 14.

Miller is probably the best player in the region. But Corbin has a bunch of very good kids back and last year proved that until someone beats South they are the favorites.

I have seen both teams. Frankfort has to many athletes. Dayton can't score enough to stay in this one. 28-7.

McCubbins is a load. If Cville can maintain their composure in this one they will win 22-20.

Paintsville by a bunch. Pineville will have some kids back but they appeared to have packed it in for the season against Williamsburg.
