Knox Central 2008/2009

Featured Replies

What does Knox Central need to do to improve in 2008/2009? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

They should be one of the top teams in the 13th region. I believe they probably have the best player in the region which also goes a long ways.

:irked: I don't want Knox Central people discussing basketball until football season is over. :D

The basketball team will have a much better season than the football team IMHO.:sssh:

Safe bet they will win more games than the football team(:

I know theyve been in it for a while, but I hear their new basketball gym is very nice. The next 2 years seem to present an opportunity for Knox Central to make a run at it possibly.

I hope so they have just a little bit of an advantage don't you think.

They have one of the regions top player. Cody Miller is very versitale and could play anywhere on the floor for his 6ft4 frame. They are a top five team in this region, and if they supporting cast around Miller develops they could be in Rupp this year.

:p For sure, the B'ball team will have many more chances for victory, so one would hope they win more games. IMO both teams will have successful seasons but not win any championships. I agree that Miller is the overall best player in the 13th.

I agree with you that they will both have successful seasons. I know the football team will be decent but they can't get past Bell Co. The basketball team on the other hand should have the best team in the region but I am with you on this one they won't win the region.

How does KC match up with Holmes? I just saw on the KHSAA website that they'll meet at the Bryan Station Defenders of the Station Classic Dec. 19th.

Miller is probably the best player in the region. But Corbin has a bunch of very good kids back and last year proved that until someone beats South they are the favorites.
