Nobody will force coach Rison into retirement. In my opinion he is just as much a part of the Indian tradition as the barn. Coach if you are reading this, good luck next season and good luck with softball, enjoy your time off. Oh by the way, this is me, not troy!!!!!

About the Montgomery Co. job. Speculation has been ruled out. Coach High is going to retire from a wonderful 700+ win career. Hope he is in the Hall of Fame as quickly as he can get there. As far as the coaching job goes, it has to be one of the more sought after jobs in the state. 5 times in ten years going to the tourney, thats impressive.

Coach Whittaker is a perfectionist in every sense of the word and I love that he demands the same from his kids. He has made successful people even better at Harrison over the years.

Old heads!!! The powers that be! If you took every single basketball coach in the state of KY boys/girls and put them in an audotorium and took a vote and the vote was absolute. You would find that the system would change, period!

Ah, Wireman, finally something that you and I see eye to eye over. Elliott will win this game because they are top to bottom a smaller more conditioned team than valley. They run the floor better than any team in the state and there is a lot of floor at Rupp to run. Sorry Valley fans, it is what it is.

And what a great thing it was. Congrats GRC. I just love putting that in every thread that I can. Yes it is definitely an advantage playing on a home court. I am for all post season past the districts be on neutral sites.

I was most impressed how after the game each side supported and clapped while the others received their hardware. Nice class and sportsmanship on both sides. Maybe the fans have caught on to what the khsaa has been emphasizing for 2 years??

Montgomery had 3000 in a home district game with GRC. The fact is, it does not matter how many fans it can hold it is more of a question of how many tickets they are going to sell. At that limit, they stop and the rest go to the car and listen, better get there early. Nobody builds a multi million dollar facility to let it sit idle and not host the region. The region WILL be held at Montgomery and I am no doubt certain that it will be a pleasant experience. Oh by the way all of you khsaa buffs out there. Ask the commissioner and her staff if they liked the facility since she and four other staff members took in a game or two during the girl's region tourney.

I would have to say that she settled in going to MTSU. She is better than that, maybe being close to home played in that decision. Queen of the Bluegrass huh? That is pretty catching.

From what I can tell, is Maysville people care about Mason, Mason, and of couse Mason.
