Whos your pick to go to Rupp and why?

Ashland.....

Elliott. They have a hard row to hoe to get to the finals for the second straight year. They seem to have a refuse to lose attitude and the big A on the jersey doesn't affect them they way it has in the past. It should be a good game. Elliott is going to have to shoot better and get more production from Ferguson. Hopefully the effects of the flu bug will wear off by Monday night.

Has Ferguson had the flu? I watched the 1st half of the game Sat I know he was on the floor alot, maybe thats why.

I think Ashlands senior leadership will get them there. Drew Mcdavid has played a great tournament and will continue to play well. Robby Wilcox comes up big in big games, Jeremy Rose and Tyler Salyer are both role players but both can hit big shots and play good D.

I will be cheering for the Tomcat's, something unusual for me. They will have a tough time with Elliott though. The Lions have been on a roll and were able to shake off a sub par shooting night and defeat Russell. Ashland's ingredients to victory are McDavid and Bonner getting a lot of defensive rebounds and Matt Thomas going to the basket and getting foul calls. If Ferguson and/or Knipp get into foul trouble Ashland has a good chance, but if that does not happen I look for Elliott to win this one.

Your right and Coleman has to play smart Basketball. Turnovers just about cost Ashland the game Sat. If that happens Monday Night the Cats are done.

Elliott might have the hardest road to Rupp of any team in the state. They also might have something to do with the turn overs Ashland makes.

Elliott.

It looked like he was trying a little too hard to draw some fouls, but that is just how it looked. Not sure.

I think Elliott will win a hard fought game.

In order for Ashland to win this game their role players will have to step up and handle the preasure. If they do this I see Ashland winning this game. Get the ball to McDavid and Bonner down low and let Thomas do his thing out front and Ashland has a shot. Here's hoping! Should be an entertaining game to watch! :ylsuper:

Ashland! The seniors will step up and win this game!

Elliott!!

Ferguson has been down most of the week with flu like symptoms so now that he's feeling more like his usual self, Elliott's shooting record with Ethan and Evan Faulker, Ferguson and the Knipp boys should dominate! The score and stats from yesterday's game should prove that. :thumb:
