It's no doubt that both teams are strong willed and both "want" this game. Elliott County is a good team, and play tough defense. Ashland needs to own the boards and limit turnovers to win. Elliott is smaller and will probably run run run. Look for a high scoring game, Ashland by 5!!!

Ferguson has been down most of the week with flu like symptoms so now that he's feeling more like his usual self, Elliott's shooting record with Ethan and Evan Faulker, Ferguson and the Knipp boys should dominate! The score and stats from yesterday's game should prove that. :thumb:

It is very common for the flu to last for "seven day's". You can learn that from a doctor or by typing in flu on google. I know because all three of my kid's have had the flu in the last two week's. One of them(youngest daughter) lasted three day's! The other daughter lasted four day's before she started feeling better! My son had it for six day's still throwing up on the 4th and 5th

day, and still with bad chest congestion on the 6th day, which was saturday.

and he had a great practice, so there will be no excuse's, they never are!!

I heard a rumour that that there is a treatment for the flu in Sandy Hook that isn't available to the rest of the State. Any truth to this?

I think Elliott wins, but wouldn't mind seeing Matt Thomas get to make a trip to Rupp. Great Kid!!! Good luck to both teams! Hope that everyone is healthy before and after the game. And even more than that, I hope that whomever wins, goes to Rupp and wins one, at least!

Elliott should IMO win, but will everyone get over the fact that Ferguson had the flu "last week". Most flu's last only 48-72 hours. That gives him 5 days to recover plus 2 games played since then. Either they win or they don't! NO EXCUSES.
