Knox Central by 3 touchdowns. 35-14 K.C. played well on defense all year but they have played two top top notch state contenders. I believe coach Mills and crew will get them back on track this week. I have been to all three games this year and they do not have any quit in them.I think to some they have had a slow start but they have played the toughest games first. No creampuffs I think they will surprise most peolpe by the end of the year.

I feel it will be a closer game than most think. Maybe I'm going with my heart but I think KC by 4. Coach Mills has done a great job just to get his team into a game like this one.That speaks for where the program is headed.

I hope French and Campbell play football at any school next year. If not at corbin somewhere.I hope if they transfer corbin releases them. Not to be mean but we all know the hounds have gotten to take advantages of tranfers in the past.brent canady dale fox sam jackson to name a few.

I have seen two of the last three games kc has had against b-ville. I believe talent kc has had the advantage this year but kc cant seam to pull b-ville from the zone defense. kc has not been able to shoot them out of it so maybe next time coach Elam will find a way to pull them out of the zone and can get one by Dinky.Coach Phipps said on the radio after the game at kc last year ill give the 20-25 footers all night ill just set in the zone let keep firing. that wasnt verbatem but verry close. Maybe ol dink tipped his hand.

I bet coach Phipps would be against it.

I know education is the most important. However I see no problem with being able to hire a football or basketball that coaches only.In my opinion it doesnt take away from educating these kids. It may just teach them a lesson to do their best and focus to excel.I believe hire the best teachers the best coaches and if you hire them because they are a great coach and a decent teacher thats wrong for the classroom.On the other hand if you hire based on the fact that they are great teachers and just fill a coaching position thats not fair to the athlete. I say put the kids first and it will all fall in line.Better teams and better schools may come about. Just my opinion....
