First Prayers for Rashard Carter and a speedy recovery .A fine young man with a God given talent to play football at a higher level then most and also prayers to the Bluebird player and speedy recovery. I knew playing the Bluebirds would show the younger players and community how the game must be played to reach the Championship level. .You won't find a better group of (Tomcats)young men who I know will move on and be successful in life . Congrats Bluebirds.

I agree on what you say.I was fortunate enough to have had some good coaches who preached about it always.Play the game 110% and it would keep you from getting injured . One example the player decides hes out of the play and takes a break from the backside block,the fake he should carry out,downfield block , something that will make him a target standing around with his mind completely off the game,then comes that big decleater that could not only hurt you,but one of your team mates.

Ok this is a good place to start.:fight:The winner of this football game comes down to the offensive line period .Tomcat linemen if you guys read this listen very closely to this old TOMCAT offensive lineman who knows when we successfully run the football you guys are working. Bryan Station d-line wants to whip you and take every bit of glory you have earned for your team and its hard to come by on the offensive line . Starting today start working to step it up physically and work on being quicker then BS off the line of scrimmage.Also prepare yourself mentally to go down to BS and win the battle on the line of scrimmage and the Tomcats WILL win. :thumb::fight:

I have the highest respect for the Raceland coaching staff,they have ran the wishbone for years(starting I guess with Coach Ross)But Raceland will run what ever it takes to win against whatever the circumstances or personnel call for ..:thumb: If I were a AD I would get my check book out,and yes I love the bone ,you can split it and spread the field ,you can run Air Force style with fullback and two wings with one wing in motion and ride the fullback ,QB keep or pitch to wing ,all kind of neat stuff to get blockers to the out side.Johnson Central runs alot.:thumb:Ashland use to run it for years back in the old days.:sleep:

Sometimes a good offense is your best defense,Of course im sure everyone at Ashland knows the Tomcats must pound the ball with relentless methodological physicalityand keep Woodfords big play offense on the side line.(IMO)The Tomcats are hitting harder each game on both sides of ball.
