I underestimated Bryan Station and they hung in there, I don't see the same for this game. Highlands had a test, they will roll in this one. I feel some extra sand will be added to this thread as Friday approaches.

I hope Ashland can remain in a close game with them. Good luck to painter, graybeard and the tomcat fans heading north this coming Friday!

I think HHS needed a wake-up to get them into the playoff spirits. I felt that they would run right through BS, but having a close game will only make the Birds hungrier. I see them getting it back on track next week

I think Bryan Station already provided the shock. Hopefully that will be bad for the rest of the commonwealth.

Highlands is a speed team. They are really fast. To beat them you first need to match their speed at ALL positions, not just with a couple of fast skill players. You need a half dozen or more really fast guys. If you can't match their speed, you need a lot of size up front because they are not a big team - they choose speed over size even in their linemen. Bryan Station had the right mix to pull off an upset. So the questions for Ashland fans are how big are you up front and how many speed guys do you have?

That's exactly what it is - a question because I don't know. No posturing in that question at all. How big and how fast are they? I am sure that info will come across on here at some point this week.
