That is not the way you figure the point system. You pick 4 teams you have beaten out of the district. You get a point for each win those teams have.

It doesn't mean that Whitley would be 2nd. HC may have more points than them.

Where is the game being played?

It could possibly be the toughest game yet for the Black Bears. Perry Central no doubt has more speed, talent, and skilled players than any other team HC has faced this season. It will take a tremendous effort to win this game and some luck.

Maybe after this next week some things will take shape. If HC, WC, and LC win out it would be LC, WC, and HC. PC though will have something to say about that. HC or PC could win this week. PC can possibly beat WC. NL can possibly beat WC and LC. NL is a good team. Don't count them out. Didn't mean to confuse everyone.

I was thinking a much closer game, especially with the weather conditions.

NL needs to stay focused on the next game. It is a great possibility they can beat Whitley Co. They have a stingy defense and plenty of skill on the offense. They were playing w/o their starting QB and had another good player on the sideline for discipline reasons. NL could have won this game as easily as HC did. All it would have taken in OT would have been an extra point. Don't count yourselves out NL. You are still in the running for a playoff spot and a winning season.

Lee Co will win. Harlan will not stop the TB. Harlan needs to pull together. I thought this senior class would dominate other teams with their schedule.

Pinkston would not have made a difference in this one. 33 was better. HC stopped him cold.

Who will win this game? I know that Whitley Co is the favorite. Can HC pull the upset?

I would have been nice if Pinkston could have played. I hate for people to say that the reason for the win was because he didn't play. I don't think he would have made a lot of difference. The Black Bear Defense came to play on Friday and Pinkston makes no difference in the their defense.

Me too. It was always a good rivalry. I don't see how the Rock can beat Bell regardless who the coach is this year. However, Coach Larkey will face Coach Hilton later on in the season. That should not be much of a match up either.
