I get Highlands being high based on the dominating win over Scott Co. (although the rest of their schedule so far is poor). Cov Cath hasn't played or beaten anyone in-state of substance. Due to that......I'm saying Highlands beats them 3-4 Td's on friday.

Is that you Joker? Creek is 2-3 right now just like they were in 2011. Statistically they are much worse defensively this year and only moderately better offensively.

Through 5 games, Tates Creek is giving up 40+ pts a game. Do they practice defense at TC or just wing it around all day at practice? What in the name of Joe Ruddell is going on!

I'd put South Warren as the favorite if not for the head scratching loss to ACS. This game is a pick'em game IMO, especially with it being played in Richpond.

They beat Western & Seneca who are a combined 1-6.

As opposed to the impressive victories Johnson Central has? We've had this debate about East in past years. We'll see at the end.

Monroe Co. is better than anyone Johnson Central has played. East has dominated a 6A and 5A (albeit weak) opponents.

Raiderbird specifically said 'finals'. But yes, if you include the 2 games in 1960 and '61 Highlands record is is 3-1 against BG.

Disagree with Cov Cath at #2. They have beaten (soundly I know) 2 of the worst teams in a 100 mile radius in Campbell Co and Dixie. Boyle/ Lex Cath should be #2/3 with Cov Cath at 4.

I still think there is an over-representation of JCPS. I think you could easily replace Male, Butler, Eastern,and Ballard with Tates Creek, Henry Clay, Bryan Station, and Madison Central. Heck, an argument could be made for Boone Co to be in the 6A top 10. After the top 2 it's a complete crap shoot.
