Agree or Disagree?

Are Conner and Cooper in the right place?

I would have Conner/Cooper ahead of Franklin County. I just don't think FC can play any D against good offenses.

Proof is in the pudding.

I agree that I would move Cooper and Conner above Franklin County but otherwise looks OK to me.

Why is Franklin County ahead of Conner/Cooper? Didn't Conner score 84 points on them last year? And Conner is better this year and somehow Franklin County is better than Conner? I'm confused.

Logic is a key ingredient missing in these flawed state rankings. Glad this is not the BCS.

Honestly, I would have John Hardin anywhere from 8-10. Just not very good this year. Proof will come this week against a Boyle Co. team who will be lookin to bounce back

We'll find out this week. Frankfort is good offensively and has speed. Let's see how the Franklin Co. D handles them.

I agree with all those who have posted that Franklin Co. cannot defend against a strong offensive team. Which confuses me, because they practice against a very talented spread offense daily. I would put Franklin Co. at #5 and have Conner/Cooper share the #4 spot until they play each other in a few weeks.

It is still way too early to rank teams in my opinion. Not enough teams have played within district, or class for that matter. Conner, for example has not played a single 5A team, and won't for another two weeks. Tough to judge when teams haven't started playing within class yet.

Well maybe we should rank Anderson County above Conner since they whooped that Conner butt last year??? Hey guys last year is last year. You won't find anyone around here in our Stands in Franklin County beating our chest about anything we done LAST YEAR!

Whipped their butts? I think you may have gone slightly overboard with that statement. They lost 31-30 in the final minutes of the game.. And you are correct last year is last year, and shouldn't hold much weight when it comes to this season. With that being said, it is very early in the year, so there isn't much to go on when "ranking" teams. So sometimes, last years games are going to be brought up in these types of discussions.

Yea well they beat you and you gave up 31 to them go back and check the FCHS score. Congrats to you guys beating us LAST YEAR.

You're awfully hostile this morning. I would just like to point out that you are the one who said how last years game's don't matter this year, yet in your last two posts in this thread, you have brought up games from last year.

Don't get caught up in these rankings. Not one poster on here said Franklin County was a bad team this year, opinions will be different across the board..
