Congrats to Steven. I am not sure if this is 100% accurate, so don't hold it against me. I was told his dad, Larry French was going to come help him if he got the job. It may be 1 year or so, but would be there eventually.

The $$$$ and new facilities. Could end up with a cupcake job that pays well, really well. District and don't have to compete with 2 other good programs in your county.

If financial, it would be the teacher salary. If not mistaken, it is one of the lowest in the area, state. I'm sure they can find extra money to make up a higher salary for the head coach. (I.e. extended days,)
