That show ruined the History channel for me. It's a show based little on History or actual Science. It's a conspiracy show (which I know you love), but it is very low brow.

Tony was a role player who was at best the 4th or 5th best player on that team. He was good and no disrespect but Ronny was the engine and the star .

100 % agree. It isn't like people are spotting undercover officers or stake outs. This is about speeding tickets and speed traps.

If this news is public now it makes me think real spies have been using something similar well before this announcement.

I'll say it again If Holmes has 4 top 15 9th players like Walter says, I still think who they hired as a coach wasn't the right fit.

Like I said Russell is my POY right now. So I'm not going to say anything bad about him. Part of Rondo's problem in college was the system he played in didn't allow him to use all his skill set. Right now I say Russell has a shot to pass Rondo and it wouldn't surprise me. But I still have to see him in the NBA. They were both Elite HS players. Russell is right now accomplishing more as an individual than Rondo in college. He still has a way to go to catch Rondo's NBA career.

If NKU didn't put a clause in the contract for this situation shame on them.

He's the best since Rondo. He is an amazing player and honestly I think he is a real threat for POY. But I won't say he is better than Rondo until I see him in the NBA.

Euro step when done correctly is obviously legal. The only problem with it , it is still relatively new at the HS level and some refs can't see the difference of a legal to illegal play. If anything I've seen it called a walk more often when it shouldn't be.

One of the biggest problems with the charge/block call is when the player is deemed to be out of control the ref will call a charge. But there is no rule against a player being out of "control" , defender must be set. It looks bad so a charge is called. My problem with bad charge calls had always been it usually rewards teams for bad defense.

The most missed call on every level of basketball is the charge call.

When I was at NKU I was a part of a group who did a research project and survey on NKU's potential move to D1. The results from the student project was obvious the move shouldn't happen and it didn't make financial sense. It was presented to leadership. Seemed most leaders were in agreement. Fast forward a few years they play tricks with numbers and ignore obvious logistical problems, and now it is the popular choice. As an NKU grad I've always thought this was poorly thought out and a bad move. Then when they hired Scott anyone remotely involved in NKU new he was in over his head.

You don't have 4 of the top 15 in talent in the region and have the season Holmes is having. Either my point about hiring the wrong coach a week ago is correct or they lack talent. You can't have a great coach and great talent and not win any big games.
