Definitely. There is too much of a universe out there to not have intelligent life elsewhere.

I think chances are less that there isnt other life out there. I believe there is without a doubt.

My explanation:

 

Just about a 1/3 of one galaxy, out of the one hundred billion known galaxies. Just look at all of those stars in 1/3 of just one galaxy, this video just shows the area of where over 330 billion stars are located, 1 trillion total stars in Andromeda. Need we say more?

I have no reason to believe there is life elsewhere in the universe... That being said, I'm not against the idea that it is possible.
