To be fair and I've heard your argument, intent factors. People who wear American flag clothing even misguided are doing it to show love for America. Kneeling for the anthem is meant to be a form a protest it isn't meant to highlight patriotism. I'm sick of the topic. I get why he did it and I personally don't agree with how he went about it. I also get that those who do agree don't care what I think.

I never said that but I do believe it is grossly abused. Most the dogs used for emotional reasons are typically just a common house dog with no special training. Everyone reading this right now can get a certificate for emotional support dog with no push back.

Obviously all people with physical limitations. The people who abuse it , use the emotional excuse and most those dogs aren't trained as well as a seeing eye dog.

If your asking for a response I would say staying in the locker room doesn't allow public displays of what many would see as disrespect to the flag. You may not agree but that would be the argument.

I will agree with you if the anthem at games is this divisive then maybe it is time to end it.

Holy Cross grade school isn't even Holy Cross's largest feeder. Most the kids start off at different 1-8 than HC.

Nothing make me more mad on a flight than huge service dogs for emotional reasons. Take a train . I've had it happen to me twice. I love dogs just not the place or time. Obviously I'm not talking about service dogs for blind people.

I fee I've wrote this same response to dozens of articles over the years. But any man who hits a woman is soft and weak person . I wish every man who hit a woman was sent my way. Only an insecure scumbag feels the need to hit a woman. The only acceptable reason to strike a woman is if your life is in danger.

Service animals have become a joke. I'm normally against any new laws or rules. But we need stricter regulations and approval process on service animals.

I get the anger from some. But censorship from an employer isn't new. Who knows it could hurt the league and they could reverse it. My employer has strict rules. We have very strict social media rules. We also need approval from our company to donate or volunteer to any political campaign. NFL probably should of put this rule in place years ago. Every large corporations goal should be to remain neutral on any divisive topic. Everybodies money is green and it's the job of a corporation to get as much of it as possible. Regardless of what the NFL decided they were going to anger a large segment of the population. If I had to guess they did a study to see where a majority of their concerns fell on the issue.

Which countries are we talking? Those with limited or no free speech at all have a heavily censored entertainment industry.

I tend to agree that I don't buy into Entertainment being a major factor. Sure there are exceptions but I think most people aren't that easily influenced. I could see the argument that some forms of entertainment glorifies things we as a society probably shouldn't want to glorify. But I don't see any direction relation to behavior. Even if it did I value the first ammendment as much as I value the 2nd and wouldn't want any restrictions because of bad apples.

Also assumes most cops and soldiers would go along. There is a strong overlap with LE and soldiers and 2nd Ammendment supporters. To Hatz post I agree armed citizenship historically isn't the only way tyrannical governments fall but it normally is a lot quicker than waiting on economic collapse.

In my opinion yes . If the only people armed is the government then its citizens aren't truly free. A lot these countries also don't have true freedom speech. I'm talking Western countries such as England and Canada.

This topic is so played. When you collect a paycheck you lose most rights at work. First amendment complaints are funny.

I don't like it in those cases either it's on the government prove guilt not the citizen to prove innocence.

If you have control of the assets and there is nothing directed toward the son then it is your decision. He could challenge it in courtbut without documentation he wouldn't have much of a case. Was it as joint TOD title or your name alone?

Feds need to stay out of it.
