Highlands vs. Holy Cross girls tip off at 5:30. Two of the 3 best in N Ky which should draw a near capacity crowd.

 

NCC vs. St Henry in the All A Final at 7 pm. The 2 best A schools in N Ky which should draw a near capacity crowd.

 

Scheduled 1 and 1/2 hours apart in a relatively smallish gym. I can't imagine this going well.

Are they not clearing the gym for this event?

If not, what a disaster of logistics.

I don't get to East LA too often, but I am going to view tonight as a Win-Win. I am heading over after work to support the CRU, if I get shut out at the door, I'll stroll a couple blocks over have some cocktails with Holy Cross legend Todd Clark.

I had considered going to the game, but if this is what's happening all the more reason to either watch the webcast at NKYSports, or listen to the HC broadcast.

 

The idea of standing in line down Church St. in the cold to maybe, or maybe not get in, or maybe or maybe not find a parking spot?

 

Naaah... I've been down that road before.

 

Don't get me wrong, there's a certain excitement about the big game, and the anticipation of waiting in line to get in to see it, but this is one of the rare times I'll have to admit that I'm too old for that. :isurrender:

How is Holy Cross going to clear gym out at 630? What if the girls game runs long and then you have two well supported team fan bases waiting to get in at 630 for a 700pm game?! Nice planning HC.

Was planning on going to game to see NCC. And now friend says they are waiting outside to get in. Plus no parking. Thanks Holy Cross!
