They competed this year and the 6th region champion played in the final, who I realistically thought was not as good as B.East. Both very good jobs with right person in place

When you knock on that door gchs_uk9 just hope that Ballard, Trinity, ST. X, Manual and Eastern do not answer. Good district to be in at Male however. A lot easier to win the 6th than the 7th, and with they way Male does things now, will be even harder. But with that being said B.East crapped on him in my opinion and don't think he appreciated it at all. Do not blame him.

Think it was best for Coach Hood as well, was not a good fit for either one involved. Coach Hood will land somewhere else if he wants to coach, will be fine.

They even stop the clock to ensure that everyone subs. Coaches had to show their rotation cards before the game as well. Hard for first group really, they start the last 5 of the half and do not come back until the 10 minute mark of the game. Every player gets at least 10 minutes

My question is what are other states doing in regards to transfers? Anyone out there no what Indiana/Ohio does? If you look at football and basketball they produce tons of D1 atheletes.

And unfortunate that some are being coached in high school by guys that are really good cheerleaders and not good coaches. Kids don't develop without proper coaching

Good luck with finding someone, or they better hire within. I would be scared to death to apply for a job that lets go a guy like Coach Carr. Good luck Eagles. The true loss is the kids because they are losing a mentor, not just a coach.

You only get the player for a year, Ballard will not hire a coach for that reason. Administration is too good. Going to Ballard after what Chris has accomplished will be tough. I would say he plays at Taylor County next year, with Gaines and company. With picking up another kid they will be a top 2-3 team in the 5th.

When Chris decides to give up coaching, and I don't think that would be anytime soon, he does a great job, they will be picky, very picky.
